This sound indicates that the bearing speed of the lifting mechanism of the aerial work platform truck has changed and there are ripples on the surface of the parts. By improving the surface condition of the bearing raceway, the occurrence of this kind of sound can be reduced.

2. The whole vehicle made a pattering sound
This sound is produced by the vibration and collision between the persistence device and the rolling elements. When subjected to torque, load or large radial clearance, a pattering sound is prone to occur. By adjusting the precision of the persistence, choosing bearings with small clearance or applying preload to the bearings, reducing the torque load, minimizing the installation error, and selecting good lubricating oil, the occurrence of this kind of sound can be reduced.

3. The whole vehicle made a humming sound
When a humming sound is emitted during startup or shutdown, it indicates that the pumping station is operating without load and experiencing abnormal axial vibration. This is mainly due to the unstable vibration caused by the poor performance of shaft self-aligning, which affects the axial vibration.
